Welcome to our website !
I honestly cannot believe I wrote my last blog post at the end of March and it is now the beginning of May. It really just shows you that situations in life can throw everything up in the air and I've been patiently waiting for it to all come back down again. Clearly, from this massive break it's taken a while and even still, I am trying to desperately figure out this thing we call life. haha.

Although this post doesn't have any real objective, guilt has been gnawing at me within my whole soul for losing every inch of motivation and determination to get shit done. For me, as a lot of people I'm sure once life starts getting overwhelming all my priorities are thrown to one side which has meant me falling behind at uni, blogging and even being bothered to put a camera in front of my face and make a YouTube video. Today for the first time I've felt the sensation of motivation, I've felt the need for positive vibes and I want to take this and run with it before it tries to disappear again. Only now just writing this post has made me realise just how much I've let everything go. As someone who struggles badly with anxiety, it's been hard to get over this bump in the road but I'm now seeing the light at the end of the tunnel and it's hopeful.

I wanted to give a mention to someone we should all know and love in the blogger/YouTube community and that is Meg Says, after watching a marathon of her videos, I came across her 5 New Year's Resolutions & My Plans for 2016 which is a few months in now! But I completely related to everything she was saying and she really has inspired me since to spread the positivity and love and start being organised with my life. I am so thankful for that as it kind of gave me that little push I needed and you should all go check her out immediately! <3

Anyway, it feels so good to get stuff written down and have a little rant, I hope you don't mind too much & I hope you are all doing well. I will hopefully be back with more content on both my blog and channel after I get this mountain of uni work out the way! *sigh* I'm sorry I've been so MIA.

Thank you so much for reading & I'll see you in the next one.

Why is it that they say "all good things must come to an end."

Sometimes you aren't ready for that good thing to end, even if in the end it wasn't all that good. Recently I've been trying to live with a more positive mind frame but having to deal with anxiety at the same time isn't all that helpful. I've taken on the attitude (however cliché it may seem) that everything happens for a reason and even if you can't find the reason right now, it will be there patiently waiting for you to realise and one day it just, clicks.

I am overcome with emotion whilst writing this post because a special chapter of my life is now closed and whilst I'm accepting this and taking it one day at a time, I know it will be okay in the end with time being the greatest healer. (I'm literally dropping all these generic quotes lol) I honestly don't know why life is the way it is but writing this post has made me feel even better. I will remember this chapter of my life with fondness, laughs and love and that is all I'm really grateful for. Things don't always work out like you initially plan, but I believe destiny will always bring you to something that does.

Thank you for reading & I'll see you in the next one.

As the Summer months are fast approaching, I felt it was a good time to start being stricter with myself when it comes to my diet. Although my current diet is non existent, I eat what I want and then complain about my body after. Sound familiar girls?

So I decided to try out Cute Nutrition apart from the fact the name and packaging is adorable, I've heard many good things about it, especially from my fave blogger Sarah Ashcroft. It is basically a meal replacement system. I went for the Chocolate shake which is 130 calories and this can be used throughout the day and 30 minutes before a meal to satisfy you more. I also ordered the CLA food supplement capsules which help speed up metabolism, the only downside of these are that the capsules are HUGE and I'm not a big fan of taking tablets as it is. with code SHAKER100 you can also bag yourself the free shaker bottle which is normally retailed at £3.99.

With the right balance of exercise and eating right, I think this brand are onto a great thing and I am excited to try this out. I will keep you guys updated on my progress and get back to you.

Thanks for reading & I'll see you in the next one!

It is officially Spring in the UK, how exciting! That means we are one season close to summer & I cannot wait. I thought I would do a Spring time make-up look to start of this season right.

List of products used:

Prepping my skin with The Body Shop vitamin E moisturiser as it is always important to keep the skin hydrated before applying any make-up. I went in and primed my face with the Nivea Men sensitive post shave balm, this is brilliant as it goes really tacky and is a great base (thanks Nikkietutorials)

I used this Bourjois healthy mix foundation as I wanted a dewy finish and dampening my beauty blender helped with this. I used some translucent powder to set this but not give it any extra colour on the face.

For the eyes, I did a neutral lid using the Morphe warm palette with a blue eyeliner in the waterline and some glittery liner in the inner corners, I got a lot of inspiration from Pinterest.

Highlighter is key to help towards the glowing from within during this season, I 100% recommend the Topshop glow pot to achieve this. It looks scary in its little pot but it really does the trick. I also added a powder highlight on top of this using the Sleek Make-up highlighter palette and this is FAB! Such a quality product and only £10 from Boots.

For my lips, I went for a bright pink. I thought MAC 'Candy Yum-Yum' would be perfect. I wasn't exactly sure if I could even pull it off but I had fun playing with this and even using more neutral colours for the lips would be lovely.

Please check out this make-up look on my YouTube channel & if you enjoyed it, please like and subscribe :-) it really helps me out.

Thank you so much for reading & I'll see you in the next one!

As it's a new year... (well a few months into it, at least I tried) I decided on the mammoth task of sorting out my wardrobe. Instead of giving the clothes I do not wear anymore to charity which is what I usually do, I thought I would try my hand at Depop. As a struggling student (lol) I thought it would be a great way to earn a bit of extra money.

Depop is a way simpler and easy to use version of Ebay with that added bit of character. The layout is designed a lot like Instagram and as I am a massive fan of that app (who isn't right?) I knew I'd be a lover of Depop. You can even give the pictures you take of what you're selling a filter so if that old t-shirt that's been lying in your wardrobe for years now is looking a bit drab, fear not!

My Depop username is: @natalies

Above are the items I'm selling at the moment with more to be added on soon. The majority of the items I am selling are dresses because I'm a 100% jeans and t-shirt kind of girl and only wear them once or twice.

So, if any of these items catch your eye, please download and follow My Depop Page or if you are interested in getting involved and selling your own unwanted items, this app is available on all smart phones. It's not just selling you can do but buying also with funky and original clothing pages.

Thank you so much for reading & I'll see you in the next one.

HAPPY BUYING & SELLING! <3

Recently I've been trying to really look after my skin and concentrate on my problem areas especially because it is still very cold in the UK and that really takes a toll. The majority of these products caught my eye and I thought I would give them a try.

The Body Shop Vitamin E Skincare Collection

A miscellaneous item in this haul is this Yankee Candle, it is to die for and smells to me like watermelon, Although these candles are expensive, I am willing to pay as the scent fills up the entire room with deliciousness!

I've been experimenting with fake tan lately and I am currently using the Cocoa Brown One Hour Tan Mousse which is also brilliant and doesn't leave you looking patchy at all. I have heard a lot of good things about the Bondi Sands Tan and I love the fact it's an Australian Brand, if the Aussies can be that tanned then so can I! I've been desperate to try Loving Tan but because of all the shipment and taxes etc. it works out so expensive so as an alternative Bondi Sands will do.

I've been looking for an eye cream that brightens and helps reduce under eye circles as I suffer really badly with them. I have been interested in the Kiehls Creamy Eye Treatment but didn't think I could justify spending £20 on a pot of eye cream. I went into Boots and saw that Benefit were doing miniature sizes of there products, I immediately picked up the it's potent eye cream as I've read a lot of positive reviews about it and it was only £5, bargain! So if I'm not into it, at least I didn't pay all that money for a full size. I recommend checking it out to anyone who is into Benefit or wants to try out the products.

Lastly I had a browse in The Body Shop, where I picked up the camomile cleanser as I have been looking for an oil cleanser because of it's ability to get every trace of make-up off. Honestly I think this is why I break out sometimes because I'm too lazy and rely a lot of the time on face wipes - uh oh. I finally picked up the vitamin C moisturiser which I've been wanting for ages because as I said in this weather your skin needs that boost and a fab glow! I wanted to also mention this vitamin E skincare collection I picked up as a freebie! The Body Shop are currently promoting their new card which is also free and if you spend over a certain amount, you qualify for this box of goodies which are retailed at £22. Amazing! In this you get 3 products - vitamin E cream cleanser, vitamin E overnight serum-in-oil (which I cannot wait to try) and vitamin E moisture cream. If you love The Body Shop and a freebie, check it out ASAP!

Thank you so much for reading & don't forget to check out my latest video featuring these products - My Mini Birthday Haul - Remember to like and subscribe if you enjoyed it & I'll see you in the next one!

For me and my boyfriend Danny's birthdays (as they are 2 days apart - crazy!) we went on a 4 night trip to Amsterdam. This is the first time I've been and I can safely say it lived up to the expectations and more. The vibe there is so chilled out and every single person we met were so lovely.

For only a 45 minute flight which is also a massive plus, it seems like a world so far away from England. This city is the most picturesque and just cool place, around every corner there is something new to marvel over.

We did quite a few tourist attractions of course and as we didn't stay right in the center, my little legs had quite a shock as we decided to walk everywhere. But I wouldn't have changed where we stayed at all, it was a perfect location if you didn't want to be overwhelmed with the amount of people also staying there, we had our own apartment with a balcony and the BEST - underfloor heating! haha.

Wearing my most comfy plane attire - My Misspap Camouflage Loungewear which I completely love, it's so easy to throw on but it still looks like you've made an effort and my Nike Air Force 1 Trainers (I am terrible with white trainers, I just cannot keep them clean!)

Me and my boyfriend, Danny.

This was an attraction I was desperate to go to, Body Worlds which is an exhibition and part of the Happiness Project by Gunther von Hagens'. It may sound strange but it is the story of our own body and how much of an impact happiness has on our health. Human bodies have been preserved here and there are examples of how cancer and liver disease looks etc. Probably not everyone's cup of tea but still a great place to check out if you're visiting.

Me trying to be sassy at Madame Tussauds - This was the first time I've ever been to one and I can genuinely say I was scared to even take a picture with the wax works at first, they looked so real I thought they were going to jump out on me!
Red Light District...
Oreo milkshake at a coffee-shop called Lost in Amsterdam - BEST thing I've ever tasted!
The weather was gorgeous! (but still very cold)
Thanks for reading & I'll see you in the next one.
